Registration dates for 2012 

Looking for a sport to play during the 2012 winter months ? like to play in a team environment and make new friends?

 ST Christophers Football Club (Saints FC) is looking for male and female junior and senior players ages 6 to over 35s to play in the Bankstown District Amateur Football Association and Age 3 to 5 Kindys

The Following are the dates for Registration, all registration will take place at The Clubhouse – Homiea Ave , Marco Playing fields

The Dates Are:

•  Saturday 28th of January and Sunday 29th of January   – 10am to 1pm 
• Saturday 4th of February and Sunday 5th of February    - 10am to 1pm (both days)
• Wednesday 8th of February                                                             – 6pm to 8pm 

Saints FC Annual General Meeting

With the building of the clubhouse to start at the end of next Football season, we will be looking at a major fundraising drive so we build the clubhouse we require for generations to come.

We are looking at creating a weekly Saints FC Newsletter emailed to all Club Members to promote our Club Member achievements and better communication with Sponsors. Anyone interested in helping out with the Newsletter please contact me.

Also easier registrations and better communication between Football Australia and other clubs  with “My Football” .

Please see attached for Elected Positions for AGM . Some new rolls have been created to help the smooth running of the club. While all positions will be become vacant at the AGM ,You will see VACANT beside some of these titles. SAINTS FC NEED YOUR SUPPORT where at present we know these positions will need to be filled.

Please also see below the proposed changes to the constitution. The current constitution dates to 1999 and requires some fine tuning to come into effect. These changes will be motioned at AGM 14th Nov 2011.

• Motion- 8.2 Ladies Vice President as part of the Club Executive ( Office Bearer)
• Motion – 2.1 St Christopher’s Soccer Club Panania name be changed in line with The Department of Fair Trading to either 1 . Saints FC    2. Saints FC Panania   3. St Christopher’s Football Club    4. St Christopher’s Football Club Panania  5 Other suggestions
• Motion- 7.10 Life Membership .( Remove the line ” the club may grant life membership to a person or persons for meritorious service to the club “) and replace with “The Club Executive may grant Life Membership to a person or persons with 25 years playing service – 15 years service as an active Coach or Manager - 10 years service as an active member on the Committee ( not deemed as consecutive ). A combination of the above may be awarded as per in agreement of the Club Executive .Such membership shall shall be conferred ” Then as per current constitution
•  Motion 6.1 The Club shall be affiliated with Bankstown District Amateur Football Association Inc ( herein called BDAFA) until such time as the affiliation is disolved by either body
•  Motion 6.2 change BDASA to BDAFA

Is your child 12 or under and played football in a FNSW registered league in 2011? Then you can sign your child up for a free Sydney FC Junior Blues Membership for the 2011/12 Hyundai A-League season!

You will need your child’s FFA number, available from your Club Secretary or team official. Every child registered through FNSW received an FFA number. Once you have this, you can sign up your child using the link below.

Once you enter your child’s details, they will be sent a Junior Blues Membership Card. A Lanyard is also available for free at any Sydney FC home game at the Sydney Football Stadium. The Junior Blues Membership card allows your child FREE access to any Sydney FC 2011/12 A-League season home game (excludes AFC Champions League, Hyundai A-League Finals and Regional game)
